Hawaii : KWHR's newest transmitter, Angel 4, was heard with first test
broadcast at 0000 UTC Sept. 7 on 17555. Carrier on several minutes before.
At 0000 "Onward Christian Soldiers" music. Man with ID and announcement
about expanding broadcasts to the South Pacific, gave schedule for KWHR,
then a list of the islands of the South Pacific where they could be heard.
Offer of special QSL card. Poor signal. (Sellers-Ontario)
