[hard-core-dx]: BULLETIN Europe from West Coast N. America

The big Norwegian broadcaster on 1314 kHz was the most likely source of a
solid carrier to Victoria, B.C. after 0300 UTC on 17 September, (first time
this season). Geomagnetic conditions went to minor storm within the
following day, and that seems to have been the end of it, but this evening
20 Sept at 0420 UTC, the carrier was there again, but quite weak. Nothing
else European noted yet.

Conditions around our local sunrise are OK but not spectacular, with some
audio on the high powered Japanese stations, and carriers on a number of
channels; almost all signals are Asiatic.

best wishes,

Nick
