This would be CBI in Sydney, Nova Scotia.  This and WRVA are co-dominant 
here.

WPLM - Plymouth, MA ... The 99.1 FM clinches it.  Located about 100 km
from here.

WPHT - PA the first station and VOAR Newfoundland with religion sound
likely to me.

Can't help on this.  Usual dominants here are BBC-UK in English and 
Azores in Portuguese.  Spain sometimes mixes as well, but never
anything in German.

CFAN in New Brunswick and CIGM in Ontario are common here,
along with US station WLKW - RI.

WINZ Miami, FL perhaps ?  I get them (along with Cuba, Venezuela,
and Colombia) under dominant CBM Montreal, Quebec.

No clue here ... Spanish heard here is usually SER Spain (// 1044) or
R. Barcelona from Venezuela.  WTIC - CT (in English) dominates.
