[HCDX]: NEWS: RFA on NF 9955

CLANDESTINE (From Various Sites to North Korea)

Radio Free Asia was observed 1530-1630 on Dec. 1 on 5855 (via CIS) and NF
9955, which apparently replaced 9980 (KHBN). Oddly, niether frequency was
jammed. Did anyone note this NF earlier?
