Kambuchea (was: Re: [HCDX]: QSL ?)

According to Geoclock the whole country was in the twilight zone when I
heard the station at 2310Z.  Heard again at 2208Z yesterday which was of
course earlier in the night there.  Weaker, though.  Not heard prior to
2200 so with some probability they signed on at 2200 (WRTH says 2230).
