4950 khz at 00.00 on the 22nd of december : Qoran songs and no ID at 00.00
UTC.
I tried again at 00.00 on the 23rd of december but nothing was heard.
Anybody an idea?

R. Pakistan was reported on 4949,9 a long time ago (8/96), exactly at the
time you reported also. Perhaps a reactivation because of Ramadan?
