[HCDX] One more test on 1386 kHz from Kaliningrad

One more test on 1386 kHz from Kaliningrad will be on September 27 at 
2200-2400 UTC. Thank you in advance for any comments about this 
transmission that I will resend to our engineers at the 
Kaliningrad/Bolshakovo transmitting center. Maybe anybody on the 
North American east coast will be able to receive this test too?
