[HCDX] MEGA Radio is NEW on 1431 kHz

Hi,

last night (SEP 29) I found MEGA Radio (Germany) on its another predicted
frequency of 1431 kHz. Its signal is not too good here, it is mixed with
echoed Italian stations on this frequency.
Transmitter site is Dresden ?
