[HCDX] 4855 kHz - Radio Retro

Hi,
today (DEC 28) I heard this new retransmission in the 60 meter band:

4855 kHz - Radio Retro, Sankt-Peterburg

Time: 1520-1601* s/off
Modulation: DSB

It seems the already known Belorussian transmitter/feeder has been
reactivated.
Program: Russian pop music, slogans, weather for Sankt-Peterburg.
