Last summer I heard AZR2 (Araz Radyosu) on  1359,2 // 1476. Maybe that is your
station, too, although to me it didn't sound like Finnish! If you can hear AZR2
(now a drift) on 1460, try for possible //. And yes, I reported my catch last
summer to EMWG.
