[HCDX] RA Darwin

Radio Australia Darwin 17775 caught on tape at signon *0000 today with
end of news intro music and then English news. Taped as I was at work,
but sounds fair strength but with an annoying echo from here near Sydney
Australia. No sign of 11880 at supposed 2200 sign on so expect this
didn't happen.
