I have this flying station QSLed.  A picture of their QSL-information

I heard Commando Solo during the Yugoslavia/Kosovo war in 1999 when they
used the name "Allied Voice" on 1270 and 1003 kHz.
The station has also an own web-site which seems to work when I
checked it some minutes ago:

There are plenty of updated pictures of this station.
