[HCDX] more on KSAI Saipan

I recall hearing about KSAI Saipan some years ago. This was
apparently heard once on MW by a Pennsylvania DXer in the NRC
during the end of the war year or shortly afterwards. I recall
they had been on 1010 kc/s. I was a beginning DXer at the time
and of course these exceptional accounts of DXing make a strong
impression which I guess is why I remember it.. I believe this is a
genuine story. The DXer may have been Hal Wagner. Bob F
