[HCDX] Video URLs

Hello all,

I just added a new category to radio-portal where you can find web sites
offering streaming Video or Video on demand.
Under 'Audio/Video' you can find ca. 350 URLs, mostly TV Stations.

An increasing number of stations is offering Video content beneath the
existing audio data. So it became necessary to reflect this situation.
The database just reached 35.000 entries, btw.
