Finally got my last Canadian Provence last night ... 

356khz ZF Yellowknife, NWT 12.16.02 0530z 1kw

Recorded on the computer using CoolEdit2000, then looked at the spectral view 
in the morning. Bingo ! Canadian NDB #177, and last Provence.
