Dear Friends,

India meets Australia in the World Cup Cricket Final
to be held in South Africa on Sunday 23 March 2003.

All stations of AIR will relay its running commentry
alternately in Hindi and English for several hours
from 0750 to approx 1730 UTC. (depending upon play and
subject to alteration due to any rains). Look out for
AIR stations on 6 & 7 MHz till around 1200 UTC and
then on 3 & 5 MHz frequencies and on the special
frequency of 11620.

The following additional special frequencies will be
also used by AIR viz. 7190 7220 7270. Tests for this
is already noted yesterday on  7190 & 7270 from around
0830 UTC to 1730 UTC. Look out for more tests on these
3 special frequencies today also.

*  Special 2 minute bulletins titled "Latest news on
the war in Iraq" has been broadcast in Hindi & English
at the top of UTC hour on the AIR FM II SW Channels
9425, 9470 at 0400,0500 etc.

The Schedule of AIR FM II on 9425 & 9470 is 0130-0530,
0930-1230.
