It seems that these transmissions are no tests any longer. The DW
frequency schedule dated Aug. 10 lists

3995 kHz   1800-0559 UT   Wertachtal   200 kW   non-directional.

Another address to write to is tb@xxxxxxxxxxx . This department
compiles the frequency schedules and they also verify reports.
