[HCDX] first T/A in MW ?

Hi

1620.0 BBC news at 0700 , very weak , parallel to 648 khz UK, ceased 0708,
followed by "elevator music", orchestral soap standards, strongly suspect
WDHP Fredrikstad, US Virgin Islands.

frequency was later used by a Dutch pirate, much stronger, could listen in
AM while suspected WDHP was only audible in USB.

other stations faint on 1660,1680 ad 1700 khz.
1700 khz definite American accent, suspect all US X-banders.

BRAZIL 9630.0 Radio Aparecida 0800 Portuguese couple of IDs

BRAZIL 9675.0 Radio Cançao Nova 0802 Portuguese , several IDs and listed
frequencies VHF.

cheers

Pat
