[HCDX] New language in KBS

Casilla de Correo 950, S 2000 WAJ - Rosario, ARGENTINA) said what  Ramiro
Trost, Spanish Section member of KBS
Radio Korea International, told him about the new vietnamese service. The
test transmissions beginning the next February 14 from 0900-0930 UTC on 9640
Khz. The official inauguration is the next March 03.- (Arnaldo Slaen,
Argentina)
