In April 2003 I send a reception report to Radio Sawa Jibuti Mediumwave to
330 Independence Avenue SW, Washington DC 20237, USA.
Today I received a standard letter + VOA sticker from the VOA Audience Mail Dept at the same postal address informing me that they regret they don't have a program guide available. They wrote they will add my name to a mailing list for the new guide.
Nice, such Audience Mail Department..
