Russia, 7320, Voice of Russia, 2205-2230 Noted 15 minutes of Russian
Language news by a man and woman. At 2215 program switched to Arabic (poss)
for five minutes. At 2220 language switches again to English, with a clear
ID as "Voice of Russia". Thus begins five minutes of news in English. Last
comments noted, "Now we come to the end of this news". Following this
another switch to French language news. Signal was poor to fair and sound
like a Far East transmission by the fade pattern. (Chuck Bolland, July 18,
