Re: [HCDX] AFRTS QSLs
Not sure when your QSL attempt ocurred, but when AFRTS
returned in recent years with their SSB transmissions,
they were excellent QSLers for a long time - whether a
DXer was in the U.S. or not. Thanx for your response!
