[HCDX] Russia
Russia, 5960, Radiostantsiya Tikhy Okean, (pres) 0940-1059, Tuned in late
to get openning ID, but from 0940 to 0950
noted a woman in Russian comments. Following at 0950, music was presented
with Russian comments from a man.
Station closed at about 0959. The signal was fair while the audio was
