[HCDX] hardcore???

Vlad and Walter are 100% right. I myself think that hardcore DX isn't
 hardcore   anymore when I read logs like

TIME: 18.05 - 18.10 UTC
FREQUENCY: 6155 K

That's a beginner station like HCJB or VOA  and not hardcore!
