Germany, 5945, Bible Voice Broadcasting, 0028-0100 
English broadcast of religious comments and praying by
a woman.  Every once in awhile, a musical bridge. 
Noted an ID in English at 0058 as, "...Bible Voice 
Broadcasting ...
Post Office Box 220 ... 77 United Kingdom."  Signal was 
fair to poor.  On the hour Voice of Russia Blocks all.
The WRTH says this is relayed by a xmitter in Julich,
