I`ll bet you were really hearing CVC A Sua Voz, Miami, via Chile, which per
EiBi is scheduled here:

6110          0400-1200       CHL Voz Cristiana            P   SAm

``CVC`` can sound a lot like ``BBC`` in Portuguese. 73, Glenn Hauser, OK
