[HCDX] Tibet



China, 5240, People's Broadcasting Station, Tibet, Lhasa,  2344-2355  Noted
serene type music with comments every few minutes by a man.  Language listed
as Tibetan.  Checked a couple of parallel frequencies and found that 4905
KHz was parallel but very threshold. 5240 was at poor level.  (Chuck
