[HCDX] R St. Helena testing?

On 30 Oct at 1504 noted on 11092.5U a station
with female DJ playing Kenny Rodgers (I guess) songs.
A fady and not too strong signal, but getting better later.
Was still on at 1530. RSH testing or someone fooling
around?
