[HCDX] Is this CHN or TWN ?

Hello,

A few weeks ago, I was at the beverage farm of Wilhelm Herbst in Denmark and
heard a Chinese speaking station that pushed Slovakia completely away on
1098 kHz .

I guess that it is RTI, Taiwan, but I'm not sure about it.  It might also be
from the Chinese mainland.  Who will be so kind to listen to my audio clip
and try to solve it
