male in
Spanish comments. This continues thru the half hour.  Signal was good.

Peru, 5939.20,  Radio Melodia, 1034-1045,  Hearing a male in Spanish 
comments.  Signal is very weak and often covered by splatter from adjacent 
signals.  No other details.
