[HCDX] 7199.94v IR Serbia oscillating 1300-2100 UT

SERBIA   7199.94v  International Radio Serbia today oscillating around, 
replaced v7240 by v7200kHz, scheduled from 1300-2100 UT, see WRTH and 
subtract one hour. Maybe noon service at 1000-1100 UT too. Noted Arabic 
1430-1500 UT. Old 10 kW reserve unit in Stubline Serbia still in use.

Stronger 250 kW unit in Bijeljina-Bosnia is scheduled at 1800-2100 UT in 
parallel, most likely on 6100 kHz again.

But 7200 hit also R Bulgaria in Russian co-channel at same slot. Latter 
1400-1800 UT via Sofia.  73 wb
