I just happened to be listening to Radio Victoria last night at fairly good levels right to 04:00 when CRI came blasting in on 6020 and destroyed any chance for an ID at the TOH.  Frequency appeared to  be around 6019.44.  (Walt Salmaniw, Victoria, BC)
