[HCDX] Radio Romania releases stamps & coins to celebrate its 80th Anniversary

On November 1st the Romanian Radio Broadcasting Corporation celebrated its 
80th anniversary. To mark this ocassion a postal stamp devoted to this 
anniversary was released  & the National Bank of Romania has launched an 
anniversary silver coin.
