[HCDX] UnID on 6039.6

Does anybody know who I might be hearing on 6039.6kHz around 0300utc  
with a slightly stronger than Vatican's service on 6040?

I have not been able to ID the language yet, but I did hear "Sittin'  
by the Dock of the Bay" last night around 0305utc.
