[HCDX] Solomon Islands 9541.51
I'm getting the SIBC at fair level now at 06:50 UTC on 9541.51 with an improving signal since 06:30 tune-in. Not much more than threshold initially, but now at fair level, although there's a bit too much local noise to make much out from the transmission. Fun to watch the improving signal, though on the Perseus SDR screen. Mostly music. Getting pretty close to good signal strength (only S2 or S3 on the meter, though) at 06:55 UTC.......Walt Salmaniw, Victoria, BC
