[HCDX] QSL Report for Al Muick, Kabul, Afghanistan

INDIA, ANDAMAN AND NICOBAR ISLANDS	AIR Port Blair, 4760, f/d letter
rcvd in 20 days via email for mailed report w/2 IRC's.  V/S:  P.P. Babby,
Station Engineer.  CORRECT email address:  airportblair@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx .
Wrong on AIR website.  Asks for further reports and tells a little about the
islands and their fate since the Tsunami.

Haven't had much time for DXing lately, with various infrastructure
emergencies at the worksite and the additional burden of planning a
5000-subscriber ISP network at Kandahar Air Base, where I will be spending
time along with Kabul in the near future.
