[HCDX] Early Evening DX

Bolivia, 3310, Radio Mosoj Chaski, 0030-50,  With a signal just a little 
above
the noise, noted a female talking to a male in possibly Quechua.  Later 
another
female joins the conversation.    Signal still audible at 0050, but very 
weak and
