Peru, 6019.30, Radio Victoria, 0838-0850, Noted a male in Spanish language
presenting news it seemed.  Victoria's signal was good, but it was being 
knocked
around by Radio Marti's signal on 6030 KHz with splatter. At 0844 canned

Note:  Please cancel my 4845.22 logging from 4/14/09 where I reported
RRI Ambon active.  This was erroneous and I apologize to everyone who
may have gotten overly excited about RRI Ambon being back on the air.
The station I heard was actually a Brazilian station, Radio Cult.Ondas 
Tropicals.
When I heard Radio Cult Ondas, thinking it was RRI Ambon, it actually
sounded simular to an Indonesian station with the slow EZL music that
Indonesian stations have a habit of broadcasting.  Anyway, sorry for the
confusion. Chuck Bolland.
