You might think the 1700 experiment is to avoid Morocco collision on 15345 during the original German broadcast at 2100; but Morocco is also on 15345 at the earlier hour. At least I think so, since Aoki still has B-08 info as neither RTVM nor RAE participates in HFCC:

15345 RTV MAROCAINE 1500-2200 1234567 Arabic 250 110 Nador MRC 00255W3502N RTV b08 

What RAE really needs, duh, is a frequency change of even 5 kHz, inconceivable to them. Also per Aoki it looks like 15340 is available 1700-2200! (Glenn Hauser, OK, DX LISTENING DIGEST)
