3385, PNG-NEW BRITIAN, R. East New Britain Rabaul, 1143-1204, Dec 26, Tok Pisin/English. M announcer in Tok Pisin w/ mx request prg; "NBC.." ID at 1202 & M announcer in EG w/ ment."..whats happening around [PNG?].." into pop mx; weak but

Rwanda & Tanzania; sounded like a call-in prg; fair-good prior to co-ch. 2030 VOIRI via Lithuania s/on; post-2030, Rwanda the more dominant sig of the two.. (Barbour-NH)
