[HCDX] Radio PMR

Thanks to a log on the A-Dx list by Hans "Radioratte", I also heard Radio PMR from Pridnestrovya, Moldova, with a new programme in Russian. Hans says it started at 2145 UTC (after the usual pattern En/Fr/Ge/En/Fr/Ge/En/Fr between 1800 and 2000). The Russian broadcast ran until 2215, with IDs removing any doubts. I kept tuning in from time to time, and observed the following:

Frequency: 6240 kHz
Date: 1 November 2010 (UTC)
2145-2215 PMR in Russian
2215-2230 PMR in English
2230-2245 PMR in French
2245-2300 PMR in German
2300-2330 did not listen
2330-2345 PMR in German
2345-2357 PMR in English
2357-2359 PMR in French, usual start of this language section, just before 0000 the audio was switched in mid-programme to an old-school loud "This is Moscow!" which introduces the next:
0000- Voice of Russia in English

SINPO = 55433
All via tx Grigoriopol, Moldova.
