[HCDX] UNID 891 national anthem

Some days ago I heard on 891 khz at 1601UTC the s/off of TRT Antalya with the NA of Turkey.
On the link you can hear suddenly fading in a stronger station with a national anthem or something which sounds like a national anthem.
Who can recognize this music?
After the music I suppose I hear CNR1.
The other station is from here in The Netherlands,
