NOw on 1308 21/4 KUwait is quite better over REE S20 , 44544 with 
sporadic low level qrm during  fadeouts from RK

21540 21/Apr 1251 A collision between the Radio Kuwait and REE, from
my listening post. Both come with almost the same signal.  Slight
predominance of Radio Kuwait during the time of my listening. Probably
the collision is present in Africa, affecting the transmission of REE.
