RSC on a clear freq for a change, with 
probably news in Spanish language by a male. At 2307,
live comments continue by two males.
At about 2310, a female comments briefly with the

Bulgaria, 6200, Radio Bulgaria, 2313-2330,  Noted a
broadcast of Spanish language news being
 presented by a male and female.  At 2316, flute music
followed by an ID in Spanish.  Signal
