 Bolivia, 6134.83, Radio Santa Cruz, 0950-1020,  Noted
a female and two
males in Quecha Language comments while the signal
bounces between 
good and poor.   At 0956 music presented.  At times the
language sounds like
Quecha and then Spanish.  Signal seemed to peak on the
hour to a good level.
