Bolivia, 6155.26, Radio Fides, 1010-1030,  Noted a
threshold signal here with a male in 
Spanish language comments.  Believe I can hear a female
talking also.  The audio
periodically faded in for a moment or two, but never

Noted a female in English
language comments with an ID at 1031 as "Voice of
Indonesia ..."  Signal
