[HCDX] ECUADOR: Oficialismo hizo cambio en texto de frecuencias
El oficialismo definió las reglas de acceso a los títulos habilitantes para la concesión de frecuencias de radio y televisión y los "límites democráticos para impedir la concentración de medios".
