Sabrata carried only HEAT AIR on July 14 at 12-14 UT:

 1200-1357 17735 130degr?
           a n d
           17740 180degr?

           Only tx carrier noted at 1200 UT on both channels today,
           Swahili program missed.
           At 1200 UT 1000 Hz tone til 12.01:40 UT, July 13.

           Programmes start never exact on the hour,
           rather 1-4 minutes later.
           At 12.11:56 only two seconds long programm feed modulated,
           than program break again til now 1312 UT, July 14.
