[HCDX] UNID on 4795.94kHz

Hi,
I heard an UNID station on 4795.94kHz on Saturday, July17, 2010 at 0304UTC 
(Friday night, 11:04pm in Bolivia). It could be Radio Lipez from Uyuni, 
Bolivia. I have never heard this station so late, in fact I have never heard 
it at all despite of almost daily monitoring of the 60mb. Due to a heavy 
thunderstorm QRN it was not possible to determine the language. The music 
could be what is called "Indian". Really, only short fragments of male talk 
or music could be heard between lightning crashes... Maybe somebody could 
confirm the exact frequency?
