Bolivia, 6134.82, Radio Santa Cruz, 1020-1030,  Noted a
male and female in Spanish
language comments.  At 1026 canned promos or ADs
presented.  At 1031 the two live 
individuals return to more comments which seemed to be
a learning of a language.
Signal was fair until 1033 when splatter began to

China, 5925, China National Radio 5, 1035-1045+  Noted
a male and female in Chinese
language comments.   According to AOKI, this is being
relayed via Beijing.  Signal was 
fair.  Found parallel on 7620 KHz.  (Chuck Bolland,
